The YIRIBA residence is located in Ouagadougou (sector 23) on the boulevard des Tansoaba halfway between the Shell station of the Charles de Gaulle pediatric hospital and the Maison de la femme in Rue 28-454. Its proximity to the city center (15 mins), the airport (25 mins), the National Museum, the site of the international craft fair (SIAO) and that of the craft village (VAO) makes Residence YIRIBA a place privileged stay. Similarly, many restaurants, maquis, hospitals, pharmacies, super markets and shops are located within a radius of 1km from the residence and allow shopping and a supply of choice. There are also places of worship very close such as a Catholic Church of Saint Camille Parish (25 mins walk), a Protestant temple (15 mins walk), the Wemtinga mosque (5 mins walk). The YIRIBA Residence is an accommodation establishment approved by the Ministry of Tourism of Burkina Faso by Order N°616-2021/MCAT/CAB/DGT of 09/16/2021. It is operated by a dynamic team headed by a professional with more than 30 years of experience in the tourism sector. Housed in a modern three-storey building, the YIRIBA Residence is designed to meet the expectations of medium and long-term customers looking for a friendly setting, conducive to both rest and work and harmoniously combining comfort, calm and security in the image of a private residence housed in a typical district of the city of Ouagadougou. The YIRIBA Residence offers, on the 1st and 2nd floor, four (04) fully furnished private apartments and four (04) bedrooms on the ground floor.
Each apartment has two bedrooms with Queen size beds, two bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning, a living room with armchairs and a sofa, color televisions, an equipped kitchen and a large balcony. Each apartment is totally autonomous. It also offers, on the ground floor, four (04) bedrooms furnished and equipped with air conditioning, fan and color TV The two (02) large ones have an internal bathroom while the two small each have a bathroom in the hallway. The free wifi connection, suitable for long and short stays is available throughout the residence. Parking is free and security is provided by a security company. Residence YIRIBA has a bar-restaurant with air conditioning offering African and European dishes, various local and imported drinks. The YIRIBA Residence also offers services on request (see Reception): airport shuttle, car rental, taxi, excursions within a radius of 200 km, guided city tours, events.
