La résidence YIRIBA est située à Ouagadougou (secteur 23) sur le boulevard des Tansoaba à mi-chemin entre la station Shell de l’hôpital pédiatrique Charles de Gaulle et la Maison de la femme dans la Rue 28-454. Sa proximité avec le centre-ville (15mn), l’aéroport (25mn), le Musée national, le site du salon international de l’artisanat (SIAO) et de celui du village artisanal (VAO) fait de la Résidence YIRIBA un lieu de séjour privilégié.
De même de nombreux restaurants, maquis, centre hospitaliers, pharmacies, supers marchés et magasins sont situés dans un rayon de 1km à partir de la résidence, permettant un shopping et un approvisionnement de choix.
On trouve également des lieux de culte très proches tels qu’une Eglise catholique de la Paroisse Saint Camille (25 mn de marche), un temple protestant (15 mn de marche), la mosquée de Wemtinga (5 mn de marche).
La Résidence YIRIBA est un établissement d’hébergement agréé par le Ministère du Tourisme du Burkina Faso par Arrêté N°616-2021/MCAT/CAB/DGT du 16/09/2021. Elle est exploitée par une équipe dynamique ayant à sa tête un professionnel doté de plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans le secteur du tourisme.
Logée dans un immeuble moderne de trois niveaux, la Résidence YIRIBA est conçue pour répondre aux attentes d’une clientèle de moyen et long séjour en quête d’un cadre convivial, propice à la fois au repos et au travail, combinant harmonieusement confort, calme et sureté à l’image d’un domicile privé logé dans un quartier typique de la ville de Ouagadougou.
La Résidence YIRIBA Offre, au 1er et au 2è étage, quatre 04) appartements privatifs entièrement meublés et quatre (04) chambres au rez-de-chaussée.
Chaque appartements comprend deux chambres avec lit Queens size, deux salles d’eau avec eau chaude, de l’air conditionné, un living room avec fauteuils et divan, des téléviseurs couleurs, une cuisine équipée et un grand balcon. Chaque appartement est totalement autonome.
Elle offre également, au rez-de-chaussée, quatre (04) chambres meublées et équipées d’air conditionné, de brasseur d’air et de TV couleur.
Les deux (02) grandes ont une salle d’eau interne tandis les deux petites ont chacune, une salle d’eau dans le couloir.
La Connexion wifi est gratuite, adoptée pour les séjours de longues et de courtes durées est disponible dans toute la résidence. Le parking est gratuit et la sécurité assurée par une société de gardiennage.
La Résidence YIRIBA dispose d’un bar-restaurant avec air conditionné offrant des mets africains et européens, des boissons variées locales et importées.
La Résidence YIRIBA offre, en outre, des services à la demande (voir la Réception) : navette aéroport, location de voiture, taxi, excursions dans un rayon de 200 km, visites de ville commentées , événementiels.
