It also offers, on the ground floor, four (4) furnished rooms equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and color TVs. The two (2) large rooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the two smaller rooms each have a shared bathroom in the hallway.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For rooms, a deposit of at least 50% is required for stays of 10 nights or more.
For rentals of 1 to 5 months, a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required, and a deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
For stays longer than 5 months, a lease covering the entire period is required.
Rent is due within the first 5 days of the month in question.
The monthly rent is payable in full and cannot be collected in advance.
In case of cancellation, please notify us 2 days in advance.

Pets are not allowed.
For the monthly rate, all utilities are included (gas, water).

For packages of 6 months or more, electricity costs are the responsibility of the client.

The Tourist Development Tax (TDT) is 500 FCFA per night, or €0.76 per night, payable upon arrival.
The Municipal Development Contribution (CDC) is 500 FCFA per night, or €0.76 per night, payable upon arrival.
